About 1 year ago I had a clunk in my pickups steering.I took it toFTS and they did a fantastic job fixing it,Drove it back to Alaska and no more noise.Thank you FTS.I would recommend them for any vehicle repair!!!

Absolutely A+++ experience. Had an emergency repair needed on a long cross country drive. Searched for a mechanic near my hotel. Veteran owned. Military police vehicles parked in the lot. Good sign. Trustworthy. I had to get home several states away. They fixed my truck and even held it awhile until I get back. They did this retired veteran bigger than a huge solid. Treated this traveler well when most would take advantage. That takes integrity. Highly recommend! My only complaint is that I can't make them my regular mechanic.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at a shop. I was referred here by a client, stating they are honest. Well they are only honest if they know you! We brought the car in because we are experiencing exhaust coming into the cabin, and my husband mentioned we also heard a noise occasionally (The noise has been happening for about 5 years now, not the main concern at all, but if we are getting a diagnostic, might as well check.) The tech didn't smell anything so he didn't check the exhaust. Didn't put the car on a lift or anything. He supposedly found something wrong with the tensioner and ran with that. He told my husband about that issue and gave him a quote. My husband decided to not get it fixed right now, not with them at least, the quote seemed very unreasonable ($60 for the cabin air filter is laughable). So then all of a sudden, it's $115 for the diagnostic. Nothing at all was mentioned of this until it was done and they were holding the car hostage. I understand a diagnostic usually comes with a price, but that is always mentioned first before they even start, but not here. My husband was very upset at this point and called me from the car. We highly recommend FTS. Last year we were here and had to get our engine replaced on our Dodge Ram ProMaster, and this year we are back for an oil change. Dan the owner is an amazing guy. He is very involved with his customers and staff and goes above and beyond with people. It’s a busy place but your needs are taken care of with a great crew. We can’t say enough good things about them and will be back when in town. Clean and well managed and happy to show you the work going on. Thank you Dan and team!

FTS Automotive provided outstanding service from start to finish. I arrived without an appointment for a new battery and they welcomed me immediately. The techs were efficient and courteous, and my car was handled quickly. The waiting area is comfortable and well-maintained, with complimentary drinks available and spotless restrooms. Exceptional service, friendly staff, and attention to cleanliness — I’ll definitely return and recommend them to others.
